At RevisionPro, we are committed to providing high-quality medical education resources. This refund policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
Statutory Rights Notice In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by commencing use of our digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation rights once you begin accessing the materials.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
Refunds will ONLY be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date
- You have accessed fewer than 5 questions or less than 10 minutes of content (whichever occurs first)
- You have not downloaded, screenshot, or otherwise copied any materials
- You have not previously requested a refund for any RevisionPro product
- Your account shows no evidence of sharing or unauthorised access
- The subscription was purchased directly through www.revisionprosce.com (third-party purchases are explicitly excluded)
2. Definition of Substantial Performance
You are deemed to have received substantial performance of the service if you have:
- Accessed 5 or more questions
- Viewed 10 or more minutes of content
- Downloaded any materials
- Accessed the platform on 2 or more separate days
- Shared account credentials or content with third parties
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email support@revisionprosce.com with:
- Full name and account email address
- Order reference number
- Date and time of purchase
- Detailed explanation of why the product fails to meet its description
- Confirmation that you have not substantially used the service as defined above
We will review your request within 5-7 business days. Incomplete requests will be rejected without further notice.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
In the unlikely event a refund is approved:
- Your account will be immediately terminated and all access revoked
- The refund will be processed within 14-21 business days
- You will be permanently ineligible for future RevisionPro subscriptions
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any materials improperly retained
5. Exclusions and Limitations
- No refunds after 14 days under any circumstances
- No refunds for “change of mind” or “no longer needed”
- No refunds due to exam failure or postponement
- No refunds for technical issues on user devices
- No partial refunds or pro-rata calculations
- Bundle purchases are non-refundable if any component has been accessed
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to UK law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By purchasing, you agree to attempt resolution through our internal process before pursuing any external remedies.
