Welcome to RevisionPro SCE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the services offered on our website (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

1. Use of Services

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2.1. Ownership

All content, including but not limited to text, MCQs, notes, images, audio, and video lectures (“Content”), is the exclusive property of RevisionPro SCE or its licensor’s. This Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2.2. License and Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
  • You must not record or capture our lectures, quizzes, or any other paid material in any form without our express written permission.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of RevisionPro SCE or third parties.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Interferes with or disrupts the security or operation of our Services.

4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Payment

All fees for courses, subscriptions, or materials must be paid in full prior to accessing the paid portion of our Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2. Refund and Cancellation

  • If you cancel your course 14 or more days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (as stated on our website or in the course details) provided you have not accessed the website, MCQs, notes or course content during this period.

4.3. Pass Guarantee

If you complete at least 80% of the MRCP Part 1 question bank (including past papers, where applicable) and sit your MRCP Part 1 examination within the term of your subscription, but do not pass, we will extend your access to the Service, free of charge, for a period equal to your original subscription term.

  • You must provide evidence of your examination result within 30 days of the result being issued.
  • This is an extension of access, not a cash or partial refund, and is offered in addition to (not instead of) the Refund and Cancellation Policy in clause 4.2.
  • The Pass Guarantee applies once per subscription and does not apply where a subscription has already been cancelled, refunded, or transferred.

5. Disclaimers

  • Our Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular results from using the Services will be achieved.

6. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevisionPro SCE and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for accessing our Services in the preceding six (6) months.

7. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevisionPro SCE and its affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use or misuse of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms


We may revise or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
